Roll up, Roll Up

Welcome to the Penhire blog - otherwise known as Pen Ire. In this space we'll be sharing our musings, anecdotes, photos and rants on the words we come across in our daily lives. We'll be commenting on pretty much anything that takes our notice advertising campaigns, news stories, books, speeches, direct mail, websites, public relations and more - the great, the good, the bad and the downright ugly. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the issues raised in these pages if you've got some "ire" of your own don't hesitate to email us on info@penhire.ie.

Work on the go

We are presently writing a brochure for the commercial office space at Rockbrook, a new mixed-use development in Sandyford. The development runs along Blackthorn Drive, facing the adjacent LUAS line. A major feature will be a pedestrianised shopping boulevard that links the Stillorgan stop with the developments on Carmanhall Rd. This link means it's likely to become a daily stop for many people arriving in the area a convenient place to pick up a morning coffee or paper before heading to work. Sandyford is undergoing something of a renaissance at present, with multi-million euro investment transforming the area from a quiet business park into an upmarket urban quarter.
